Open your dashboard
Your personalized dashboard link is below. Bookmark it — this is where all your leads will show up.
Call your Fixture number
Dial the number below. You'll reach Finn, your AI receptionist. Treat it like you're a real customer calling in.
See your welcome email
Act like a customer calling in
Finn will ask for your name, a callback number, your service address, and what the issue is. Go through it naturally — don't rush, don't skip anything.
Check your dashboard for the lead
After the call ends, go back to your dashboard and refresh. The lead should appear within 30 seconds with all the details Finn collected.
Play around with the dashboard
Click into the lead. Try marking it as "Called Back" or "Booked." Log a job value if you want. Check the calls tab.
